On the evening of September 13, team DLT made up of HUTECH Institute of Engineering students delivered the convincing victory in the final round of HUTECH’s Logistics Talent Search 2021 competition, thereby becoming the team that will be representing HUTECH in Vietnam Young Logistics Talent national contest to be held in December 2021.
The final round of HUTECH’s Logistics Talent Search 2021 competition took place in an online format via Google Meet. The program was attended by leaders of the university, the Institute of Engineering, and relevant departments.

Members of the judging panel include Dr. Tran Thi Trang - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Dr. Bui Nhat Le Uyen - Head of the Logistics & Supply Chain Management program, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Mot - Lecturer at Faculty of Business Administration.

The final round consists of 02 parts: Multiple choice questions (30% of the final score) and Presentation & Response to feedback (70% the final score). In the first section, seven teams have to answer 30 multiple choice questions, while the latter section requires teams to present their projects and answer critical questions from the judges.
The multiple choice portion of the competition
Made up of four members namely Pham Thi Ha, Do Thi Nhung, Tran Chanh Nghia, and Nguyen Thi Diem Uyen, team DLT participated in the final round with their project titled “Product recall channel for masks and protective gears of NTI VINA Company.” In their presentation, the team described a plan to build a process to recover used protective equipment and medical masks with optimal options in ensuring the safety of workers as well as the health of consumers. The steps to implement the process as well as the requirements and implementation methods were also discussed in detail in order to create the safest and most effective recall channel. With many positive reviews from the judges for the urgency, feasibility, and high social value, the topic was chosen as the best project giving the first place to team DLT.

Congratulations to the team DLT from HUTECH Institute of Engineering with a convincing win with a topic that is both applicable and meaningful to the community. Team DLT will soon represent HUTECH to compete in the contest Vietnam Young Logistics Talent 2021 organized by the Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development in collaboration with the Import and Export Department (Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade).
