FACULTY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE STUDENTS RAISE ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS THROUGH VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES

In the morning of April 23, students from the Faculty of English Language at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) organized a volunteer event with the theme "Green Board" at the Saigon Campus.

Held at the Saigon Campus, the program received the attention of a large number of students.

The program was an opportunity for students to raise their awareness and sense of responsibility in maintaining the cleanliness of the school, classrooms, and the environment. Additionally, the students also had the opportunity to apply for the "Outstanding Student Award" and "Advanced Class Collective" criteria for "Volunteering", and to interact and connect with each other through these meaningful actions.

More than 130 students participated in the volunteer event, where they helped the school's cleaners in cleaning the school and classrooms. During the event, the students removed the remaining adhesive tapes on the blackboards, in the classrooms, and on the school grounds, and cleaned the classrooms.

The program has left many memorable and impactful experiences on each student. After the volunteer event, the students understood each other better and took more actions to contribute to protecting the surrounding living environment.
