The event, held at Saigon Campus, attracted a large number of interested students.
At the workshop, the two speakers— Mr. Huỳnh Thanh Quang (M.Ed.), Head of the HEC Club, and Ms. Phạm Thanh Tố Mai (M.Ed.), a faculty member—provided students with essential tools to prepare for internships and job interviews after graduation.
The program began with lively performances and the game "Guess the famous people by the CVs," which involved identifying celebrities based on the information in their CVs. This activity helped energize the workshop and created an enthusiastic atmosphere for the students.

Ms. Phạm Thanh Tố Mai shared many valuable tips on how to write a résumé and CV with the students.
Mr. Huỳnh Thanh Quang focused on the essential components of a résumé or CV in English, including Summary, Objective, Education, Work/Voluntary Experience, Skills, Interests, and References. The speaker also emphasized the importance of using correct English verbs and applying proper grammar when writing a CV or résumé.

Towards the end of the workshop, the speakers introduced two AI tools that are very useful for students in completing their application documents. These are the website "The Job For Me," which specializes in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of CVs and offers job suggestions, and "interviewsby.ai," which provides and suggests interview questions and answers tailored to specific industries.
The students had their questions answered by the speakers, equipping them with the necessary tools to prepare themselves for the future.
The workshop equipped HUTECH Faculty of English Language students with the essential skills to design a CV or résumé that reflects their unique personality. This will be a powerful "weapon" to help them secure suitable jobs in the future.
