Students of Faculty of English Language - HUTECH had a nice opportunity to put their knowledge into practice in Thailand.

On September 17-20, lecturers and students at Faculty of English Language of Ho Chi
Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) had a trip to Thepsatri University of
Education - Thailand to join the “The 5th Academic and Cultural Exchange Program” 8
(IACE) 2022”. This was an opportunity for students from many Asian countries to study,
learn and exchange more about each other's cultures.
Accompanying students on this trip was Dr. Tran Quoc Thao - Vice Dean, Mr. Vo Quoc
Dai - Vice Dean and many lecturers of the Faculty of English Language.
HUTECH was honored to be one of 07 universities together with more than 200 students
from many countries participating in this cultural and academic exchange program with
many activities, such as: introducing their universities and the cultural characteristics of
their countries, as well as the English speaking contest for all the participants.
Within the framework of the program, HUTECH and Sarjaranawiyata Tamansiswa
University - Indonesia also signed an MOU, with a hope of further tightening the
relationship between the two universities, and creating a premise to strengthen the
implementation of cooperation activities in the coming time.

In addition, HUTECH lecturers and students also had the opportunity to visit some
famous landmarks in Thailand, such as the ancient city of Ayutthaya (a world cultural
heritage recognized by UNESCO in 1991).
This opportunity offered HUTECH lecturers and students good results in close
cooperation and connection between schools in Southeast Asia; and at the end of the trip,
they had many interesting and memorable experiences in their life.
