The Faculty of English officially launched the student extracurricular activities for the 2020-2021 school year

This morning (December 18), the Faculty of English, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a conference on summarizing the student extracurricular activities for the academic year 2019-2020 and launched the new student extracurricular activities for the academic year 2020-2021 . This is an event to recognize the achievements of the students in the past school year, and at the same time motivate and encourage students to strive in a new journey.

The conference was joined by Dr. Tran Quoc Thao - Deputy Head of Faculty of English, Ms. Pham Quynh Trang (M.A.) - Deputy Dean of the Faculty with faculty and students of the Faculty.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Pham Quynh Trang shared: The "fruits" that we have reaped in this school year are the most convincing evidence for all the efforts of students of the English Faculty. The faculty’s boards and teachers are very proud of this result and hope that you will continue to strive, promote and extend the success of the Faculty of English in the academic year 2020-2021.”

In order to recognize and commend those efforts, the Faculty of English rewarded 10 advanced classes, 133 students won the title of 5-merits at the Faculty level, 215 excellent students and 42 individuals and groups with outstanding achievement in the work of Union - Association. In addition, the new student 5-merits title, the advanced class award, scientific research and other youth activities in the academic year 2020-2021 have also been launched by Dr. Tran Quoc Thao  at the conference.
