Recently, the Vietnam - Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT) and Ho Chi Minh the City University of Technology (HUTECH) cooperated with partner universities to organize the program "VJIT Ryugaku fair" to help provide students with specific orientation information, required skills, and the available opportunities for participation in study-abroad programs in Japan.
"Study abroad festival" was interesting to many students.
The program was attended by representatives of Japanese partner universities such as Kagawa Academy (K.I.T), Meros Language School, Shizuoka Sangyo University, EHLE Academy, Mirai Japanese, Aoyama Japanese, etc.
Leaders of VJIT Institute at the festival were Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Viet - Vice Rector, Director of VJIT, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Standing Deputy Director, Dr. Ha Minh Tuan - Deputy Director, and MSc. Pham Quynh Anh Viet - Vice President. In addition, many lecturers and students attended.
The program took place online.
Through direct online matching, students could listen to advice from representatives of study-abroad programs about tuition fees, cultural environment, training programs, and support policies for the learning process while studying abroad.

The school partners also answered attendees’ questions about living conditions, tuition fees, accommodation costs, and requirements for the most favorable admission, etc..
Related issues were also shared in detail with students.
The clear and specific sharing from the organizers helped the students accelerate their dream of studying abroad and have more motivation to improve their knowledge, experience, and language ability.
