The Korean study abroad seminar was held at Saigon Campus, attracting many students.
The seminar took place at Saigon Campus, with representatives of YEUNGNAM University, including Mr. Lee Hyun Chul, Head of the International Student Management Department, Institute of International Cooperation and Dr. Dang Thi Ngoan, Specialist of the Institute of International Cooperation, Lecturer in the Faculty of Accounting.
Representatives of HUTECH attending the program were Dr. Nguyen Toan,a member of the Founding Council of the University, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van - Director of the Institute of International Training, and Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu, Dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies.

Speaking at the program's opening, Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu shared: “The beginning of the cooperation process between the two universities is an important milestone, opening up learning opportunities for students in Korea and especially with the prestigious university. - YEUNGNAM. Hopefully by means of the seminar, you will gain a better understanding about, knowledge of, and skills required for adequate preparation for studying abroad in the future."
Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu shared his experiences from his time of studying abroad in Korea.
Sharing about the learning environment at YEUNGNAM University, Mr. Lee Hyun Chul said: “There are similarities between YEUNGNAM and HUTECH, both being a private school and having great facilities compared to other schools in Korea. So, if you want to study in Korea, work hard now to get the best results and receive the optimal scholarship possibilities. I hope to welcome HUTECH students to YEUNGNAM University.”
Cultural performances performed by Faculty students
During the program, Dr. Dang Thi Ngoan introduced the joint training program between HUTECH and YEUNGNAM University. His comments focused on the school's training programs and scholarship policies, specifically for HUTECH students who would become students at YEUNGNAM University.
Mr. Lee Hyun Chul and Dr. Dang Thi Ngoan shared a lot of helpful information with the students.
All of the questions about YEUNGNAM school and issues related to studying abroad were answered clearly by the teachers. Thanks to the seminar, the students could meet and talk directly with leading experts in studying abroad in Korea, accumulating knowledge and gaining first-hand experience for themselves. From that introduction students should be able to take steps for the shaping of their own future.
