On March 30, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) met and worked with Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUTI) at the Saigon Campus, opening a new prospect for a cooperative relationship between the two universities, especially for the development of engineering and IT industries.
The signing ceremony took place in a solemn and close atmosphere.
The delegation of Rajamangala University which came to work at HUTECH, included Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kosit Sreephuthorn - Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Sammao Saowakoon - Vice Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Chawang Sarnkong - Vice Rector, Dr. Satakhun Detphan - Dean of Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Kraisit Wasupen, Dr. Chalermpon Yuangklang.
Rajamangala University Delegation
The representative of HUTECH who welcomed the delegation was Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice Chairman of the School Council and Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van - Director of the Institute of International Training.
At the program, representatives of the two sides exchanged and introduced specific information about the university they were representing. HUTECH shared their advanced education system, internationally developed with quality facilities, services, and utilities, and a professional and organized training program. As for RMUTI it is one of 9 member schools of the Rajamangala Technical University System of Thailand noted for strengths such as Science and Arts, Business Administration, Electrical - Mechanical, and Construction engineering.The two units had discussions about goals for development and future directions
HUTECH and Rajamangala University signed a MOU for cooperation and development
Throughout the exchanges, both parties agreed to sign the MOU, with specifications for cooperation, to carry out academic activities and jointly support exchange students. Believing that, after the successful MOU signing, both units will have new projects developed with many available events, bringing opportunities to study, work, and offer international cultural exchange for lecturers, members, and students of both universities.
Many prospects of studying, working, and exchanging for students are opened through the Signing Ceremony.
