Due to a network of cooperation with many prestigious universities in the world, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) allows students to experience and enjoy typical values from advanced education. HUTECH has the International Bachelor's Degree Program in cooperation with many famous universities in the world, such as Lincoln University (USA), Open University Malaysia (OUM), and CY Cergy University Paris (France),... Through participation in the program, students will be able to study right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City benefitting from modern facilities, a limited number of students per class (under 30) , instruction, experience, and communication skills. Students can get a chance to practice with a team of world-class instructors.
In addition, students are also facilitated in approaching and learning the culture of international integration, in practicing professional skills experience in real business settings, and in participating in various extracurricular opportunities, such as exchange with foreign enterprises and universities, focusing on improving foreign language skills, and developing a personal brand, etc.
Three training programs in line with global trends
In 2023, the International Bachelor program at HUTECH is enrolling students in certain majors, according to the offerings of each program in cooperation with foreign universities, specifically as follows:

International Bachelor in collaboration with Lincoln University (USA)
Upon graduating from Lincoln University's International Bachelor's program, students receive a Bachelor's degree from Lincoln University.
Established in 1919 in California - USA, Lincoln University is a prestigious university with quality training, accredited by the School Accreditation Commission (WASC), the Association of Schools and Western American High School and College (WSCUC).
- Training major: Business Administration
- Length of study: 3.5 years (11 semesters)
- Tuition:
Tuition fees for semesters 1-8: 25 million VND/semester
Tuition fees for semesters 9-11: 50 million VND/semester (studied at HUTECH)
or: 175 million VND/semester (2 semesters in the US)
- Degree: Bachelor's degree granted by Lincoln University, with international value, recognized by Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training.

Bachelor of International Cooperation with CY Cergy University Paris (France)
Exchange activities with international students at the University
Established in 1991, CY Cergy Paris Université (CYU), formerly known as Cergy Pontoise University, belongs to the top 20 leading universities in France, especially prominent with the strength of the system of partner enterprises and organizations in the field of restaurants - hotels in Europe and Asia - Pacific.
- Training majors: Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, Event and Banquet Management, Hotel Management.
- Length of study: 3.5 years (12 semesters)
- Tuition:
Tuition fees for semesters 1-8: 25 million VND/semester
Tuition fees for semesters 9-11: 30 million VND/semester
- Degree: Graduates receive a Bachelor's degree granted by CYU, with international value, recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

International Bachelor in cooperation with Open University Malaysia (OUM)
Open University Malaysia (OUM) is one of the top 7 universities in Malaysia in terms of training quality, and is considered a place to train high-quality professionals for Malaysia and the world.
- Training majors: Business Administration, Information Technology, English Language, Marketing
- Length of study: 3.5 years (12 semesters)
- Tuition fee: 23 million VND/semester
- Degree: Bachelor's degree granted by OUM, with international value, recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
