On March 27, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) met with Cainta Catholic College (CCC) and the Philippine Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City.
The reception and working session took place at theSaigon Campus.
Representatives of CCC were Prof. Neil Vicente Tacbas - President of Cainta Catholic, Dr. Nenita Q. Viloria - Vice Rector in charge of academic affairs, Dr. Jane Kathleen R. Palma - Vice Principal of administration, and Ms. Floramas Andres Valencia - Former Vice Principal. On the side of the Consulate General of the Philippines in Ho Chi Minh City, there were Ms. Le Thi Phung - Honorary Consul General, Mr. Nguyen Gia Viet Huy - Vice Consul, and Mr. Le Nguyen Vu - director of the Diplomatic Area Office,
Representatives of HUTECH participating in the signing were Assoc .Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice Chairman of the School Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van - Director of the Institute of International Training, Dr. Hoang Ngoc Nhung - Vice President, MSc. Nguyen Lan Huong - Vice President.
HUTECH Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van introduced some overview information about the HUTECH educational system, its orientation for the future, training programs, etc. She also expressed her intention to collaborate as partners after concluding the MOU work.

Following the introductory remarks, Dr. Nenita Q. Viloria and Dr. Jane Kathleen R. Palma presented an overview of the CCC training programs currently in operation. At the same time, he expressed his desire to meet and exchange with the Board of Directors and leaders of the International Training Institute to promote English language training and use at the universities. HUTECH and CCC signed the MOU.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the facilities of HUTECH. The Principal of Cainta Catholic College expressed his excitement and thanked his hosts for the tour of the facilities and the exposure to the training environment at HUTECH. As the plan for cooperation is put in place, the result will be outstanding progress in the targeted areas.
