On February 27, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia - UKM). During the meeting, they both signed a cooperation agreement, which will provide many learning and research opportunities for students from both universities.
The reception took place at Saigon Campus.
The UKM delegation on this business trip included Professor Dr. Aini Aman, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Associate Professor Dr. Nurhizam Safie Bin Mohd Satar, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology.

Representing HUTECH at the signing ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Bui Xuan Lam, Vice Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van, Director of the Institute of International Training; MSc. Tang Thong Nhan, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Restaurant, and Hotel Management; and MSc. Dinh Hai Yen, Director of the Center for International Cooperation.
Both universities have discussed about the training goals and development orientation at the program
Based on their similar training goals and development orientation, they discussed and reached an agreement, finalized the plan and officially signed the MOU. According to the agreement, the two universities will implement student exchange programs, exchange semesters, scientific research projects, and more.
Signing activities open up many opportunities for students to study and work.
The signing of the cooperation agreement with UKM has opened up numerous learning and research opportunities for HUTECH lecturers and students in the future. This will provide students with a chance to learn from and interact with an international-standard working and studying environment, adding valuable experience to their journey towards achieving their dreams in the future.
