SCCM and Intune Administrator & Office Cloud Engineer with Japanese Skills (N4/N3/N2)

1. SCCM and Intune Administrator

Japanese reading and writing skill
Administer, configure, and support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for managing endpoints across the organization.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot software applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
Provide technical support to end users for device management issues and software deployment via SCCM and Intune.
Manage OS deployment, software patching, and updates using both SCCM and Intune to ensure devices remain compliant and up-to-date.
Configure and maintain device security policies, compliance rules, and app protection policies using Microsoft Intune.
Ensure seamless integration of SCCM with Active Directory, Group Policies, and other IT systems.
Monitor and report on system health, software deployments, security updates, and compliance status.
Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to device management and endpoint security.
Manage user and device enrolment into Intune, including configuration of compliance policies, conditional access, and app management.
Assist with troubleshooting complex device configuration and deployment issues, both remotely and on-site.
Automate routine tasks and streamline processes using PowerShell scripting.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures related to SCCM and Intune environments.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of SCCM and Intune and apply best practices to enhance system performance.

2. Office Cloud Engineer

Japanese reading and writing skill
Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and security settings within Office 365.
Implement and maintain security features such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 applications and ensure minimal downtime.
Develop and automate administrative tasks, reporting, and workflows using PowerShell scripts.
Manage and configure UEM solutions (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar) to ensure secure device management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
Support the deployment and management of applications, patches, and updates on endpoints via UEM tools.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce security policies and compliance standards for both Office 365 and managed endpoints.
Provide technical support for end-users on Office 365 applications and UEM-related device issues.
Stay up-to-date with new Office 365 features, UEM solutions, and industry best practices to optimize performance, security, and endpoint management.

Embedded Engineering

Skills:

- Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Embedded Engineering/ Computer Engineering or relevant background.
- Have C/C++ experience on windows/Linux, with Design pattern, UML, OOP...
- Have experience working on Android HAL is plus.
- Good at English in both writing and speaking skills, distinguished competence, consistent in pursuing of excellence, professional behavior, and
good relationships with others and society is plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills is plus.
- Proactive, high responsibility, punctual and detailed in every tasks is plus.
