– Phân tích các số liệu yêu cầu và kiểm tra các tính năng sản phẩm có đạt chất lượng không.
– Thực hiện daily task kiểm tra lỗi các sản phẩm mỗi ngày.
– Tạo và duy trì thử nghiệm các trường hợp kiểm tra lỗi trên các case tính năng của sản phẩm trên hệ thống.
– Xây dựng và duy trì Kế hoạch QA/QC đáp ứng các yêu cầu kiểm tra nội bộ và bên ngoài.
– Đảm bảo tất cả các tính năng sản phẩm sử dụng trong công ty đều đạt tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu.
– Thường xuyên tiến hành kiểm tra, kiểm tra chất lượng và kiểm tra tất cả các sản phẩm và dịch vụ.
– Xây dựng, thực hiện và duy trì các thủ tục, chính sách và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ.
– Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các bộ phận nhằm duy trì và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ.
– Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các tài liệu liên quan đến QA/QC được cập nhật và duy trì.
– Thu thập dữ liệu, thống kê, phân tích và báo cáo dữ liệu, xác định các chỉ tiêu của công ty và dự án.
– Soạn thảo Specs, Presentation, Document của QC team.

Job purpose / Mục đích công việc:
The IT Staff maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Staff monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
Key responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính:
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
