On March 10, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) hosted an in-person working session with a delegation from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) to discuss the development of an international joint academic program in detail.

During the main session, the two universities held in-depth discussions on developing and implementing a joint Bachelor's degree program in Business and Management and Business Management with Marketing. Representatives from both sides thoroughly examined the program structure, academic quality standards, teaching methodologies, as well as plans for assessment and accreditation.
Additionally, the academic teams from both universities conducted a specialized online meeting later that afternoon to further refine the curriculum details, ensuring that the joint program would be implemented effectively and on schedule.

The selected degree programs fall within key disciplines that are in high demand in the global job market. Following the working session, the UWE Bristol delegation toured HUTECH High-Quality Manpower Training Center (Thu Duc Campus) and the HUTECH Institute of High Technology (Hitech Park Campus). The delegation praised HUTECH’s modern infrastructure investment, recognizing it as a strong foundation for the successful implementation of future joint programs.
