Aiming to expand international partnerships and innovate education in Finance - Accounting, the Faculty of Finance and Commerce at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) on January 15.

During the meeting, ISCA provided an overview of the organization and its key training programs, including the foundation and professional tracks. A highlight of the discussion was the Singapore CA Qualification (SCAQ), a program designed to develop chartered accounting skills in line with international standards. The SCAQ is structured into two parts: the foundation program, which delivers core accounting knowledge, and the professional program, which emphasizes advanced skills and practical experience. Candidates must also accumulate 450 days of practical work experience at accredited organizations within three years to complete the program.
