In its commitment to providing the best learning conditions and access to diverse international programs, the Department of International Relations and Project Management at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with ISEP Korea on October 15 to discuss future collaboration programs.

The meeting focused on exploring potential partnership programs, revisiting previously discussed topics related to joint programs and student exchanges for HUTECH students.
Dr. Ly Thien Trang, Vice President of HUTECH, emphasized the university's commitment to welcoming international students for exchange and study tours. She highlighted the success of Tongmyong University (Korea) students who participated in study tours at HUTECH, showcasing the benefits and feasibility of such collaborations.

Following this, Mr. J.K. Kim, President of ISEP Korea, introduced ISEP’s collaboration network with Korean universities and shared updates on new policies for international students. He also proposed directions for implementing future cooperative programs.

Both sides actively discussed potential partnership programs. Dr. Ly Thien Trang proposed several fields at HUTECH for collaboration with ISEP, while ISEP Korea outlined processes for executing these programs and raised questions about the degree-awarding mechanisms. The discussion also covered important details on degree responsibilities, timelines, credit systems, and curriculum mapping.

Mr. J.K. Kim mentioned that ISEP Korea has already implemented early Korean language programs for international students to help them integrate into the academic and social environment in Korea, addressing potential language barriers for Vietnamese students.

The meeting concluded with both sides agreeing to develop future collaborative programs, marking a significant step in strengthening the partnership between HUTECH and ISEP Korea and opening up more international learning opportunities for HUTECH students in Korea.
