HUTECH signs MoU with Vietnam Suzuki and receives donation of two-wheeled vehicle engines

Continuing its efforts to strengthen partnerships with businesses and enhance advanced technology for education, on September 8th, the Institute of Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), in collaboration with the Center for Corporate Relations, held an MoU signing ceremony with Vietnam Suzuki Corp. and received a donation of two-wheeled vehicle engines.
 
 
 
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Vice President, expressed his honor in partnering with Vietnam Suzuki to bring practical value to training, encouraging students with a passion for engineering to become high-quality professionals. He also hopes that the signing will mark the beginning of a long-term and comprehensive partnership between Vietnam Suzuki and HUTECH.

Mr. Kotaki Kenji, General Director of Vietnam Suzuki, shared his delight in donating nine two-wheeled vehicle engines to HUTECH, hoping that these products will help develop the talents of students in the automotive and motorcycle fields. He emphasized that this is a significant step in their collaboration with HUTECH and expressed his desire to engage more closely with students in the future.

In the formal atmosphere of the event, representatives from HUTECH and Vietnam Suzuki signed the MoU, marking an important milestone in their mutual agreement to cooperate and grow together. At the same time, Vietnam Suzuki handed over nine two-wheeled vehicle engines to HUTECH, supporting the training and research efforts of the university's faculty, staff, and students with an applied focus.

The program creates many opportunities for students to learn and advance their careers
After the signing ceremony, a workshop titled “Exploring Career Opportunities at Suzuki: A Place Where Talent Grows” took place, featuring Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Assistant HR Director at Vietnam Suzuki. She shared insights into the company's history, career advancement opportunities, and the essential knowledge and skills students should develop, such as technical expertise, foreign languages, and soft skills. Her talk provided valuable guidance for students as they prepare for their future careers.
