In an effort to broaden international partnerships and create new opportunities for student learning and growth, the Faculty of Korean Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Cyber University of Korea on September 30.

During the signing ceremony, both institutions introduced their academic programs and exchanged key information aimed at fostering educational development. The discussions focused on designing and refining training programs that align with students' needs. The meeting also resulted in proposals to further internationalize teaching models and enhance online education systems to meet the growing demands of digital transformation in education.

Based on their shared vision and goals for development, the two institutions signed the MoU, opening up opportunities for students to engage with cutting-edge technology and gain diverse international experiences.

As part of the program, HUTECH welcomed a delegation of students from The Cyber University of Korea for a campus visit and internship. From September 30 to October 2, the students will participate in language classes covering reading, writing, grammar, listening, and speaking, as well as cultural activities.

The event, held at HUTECH’s Saigon Campus, was attended by representatives from The Cyber University of Korea, including Ms. Lee Sunyoung, Head of the Department of Korean and Multicultural Studies, and Ms. Nam Eunkyung, Deputy Head of the Department of Korean and Multicultural Studies.
Representing HUTECH were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of the University, Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu, Dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies, and Ms. Khuong Thi Thanh, Vice Dean of the Faculty.
