HUTECH’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Animal Husbandry implements a training program which enhances practical experience for student
In order to train high-quality Veterinarians and Animal Husbandry technicians, HUTECH’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry consistently designs and implements optimal training programs while strengthening practical activities to meet social needs. Over the years, many Faculty students have been interviewed and worked in foreign countries such as Japan and Australia. This is a great opportunity for students to experience a professional working environment in developed countries, access practical knowledge, and enjoy attractive benefits.
Participating in the internship program in Japan, Nguyen Ngoc Nhu Quynh, a senior student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Animal Husbandry, shared: “Through a 12-month internship at a farm in Ikaho, Hokkaido, I have obtained various useful knowledge such as monitoring cow rations, the caring process, raising, milking, and cleaning barns. I have also experienced the appealing culture here. I would like to thank the Faculty for supporting my skill learning and providing a stable source of income to cover tuition fees and help my family".

In 2024, HUTECH’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Animal Husbandry continues to recruit students to work in Denmark - an ideal development environment for students who are studying this major. Dr. Nguyen Vu Thuy Hong Loan - Dean of the Faculty emphasized: “Denmark is a developed country in terms of agriculture. By participating in internships here, students can get accustomed to large-scale farming, professional operation means, and new technological applications in animal husbandry - veterinary medicine. Furthermore, this is also a "happy country” where human rights and social welfare are highly ensured. Besides working, students still have time to improve their foreign language proficiency and working manners. Moreover, this is also an opportunity for them to earn additional income, especially for students with difficult circumstances, ensuring their tuition and social lives. The Faculty also supports students who want to continue working here after the 18-month internship".
