The Department of Student Affairs, under the Board of Presidents, serves as an advisory body to the President on political and ideological education.

The Department oversees student management, support, and welfare; organizes institutional events; administers student cultural, artistic, and athletic activities; supervises startup and academic competitions; oversees class committee activities and skill development courses; facilitates community service initiatives; provides student health consultations; administers rewards and disciplinary actions; ensures security; and manages internal communications, along with other presidential directives.
