The professional training course on informatics skills for lecturers and staff of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) recently concluded on September 17, 2011.
Led by HUTECH Information Technology Management Center, the training sessions on informatic skills were held from September 10, 2011 and attracted the participation of a large number of managers, lecturers and staff working at the university.

During the course, the participants were introduced to a wide range of basic computer skills such as word processing for administrative purposes, advanced excel, presentation with PowerPoint, PDF processing, searching and exploiting online information on the Internet, etc.
It is a useful course to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the increasing demand in professional work settings. The course has received the attention and financial support of the University's leaders.

Previously in the 2010-2011 academic year, HUTECH had also organized IT classes with the instructions of several experts from South Korean universities.
