HUTECH adjusts the course registration timeline for the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, starting from July 6, 2021

The global impact of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, means colleges and prospective students alike are in for an admissions cycle like no other. Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) informs students of the adjusted timeline for course registration and tuition fees payment for Semester 1 of the 2021-2022 academic year. Accordingly, the first registration period will start on July 6, 2021.
Course registration process
Students can register for courses at http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/ by logging into their account according to the following syntax:
For example: Nguyen Van A, who was born in 2002, has his student ID number as 2011700095. Thus, the default password (first time log in) will be 201170009502. |
Including:
- Required courses will be pre-registered for students.
- Students can register for elective, repeat, and excess/upper-division courses.
- Students view the course schedule published at the website http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/ in the Course schedule section and remember the class group code.
- Students are free to choose and register for courses within their major and cohort year.
Registration Dates & Times
Students register for courses in Semester 1 of the 2021-2022 academic year:
>>> July 28, 2021, the Office of Academic Services and Testing will announce the course registration results at the following website: http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/ Click on the Registration section.
>>> From July 28 to July 30, 2021, students can make adjustments to canceled elective classes and supplementary registration online.
>>> Register for excess/ upper divison courses: Students must check out the requirements outlined in the Training Program Curriculum and Course Equivalent Portfolio.

Canceling course registration
From August 4 to August 13, 2021, students are allowed to cancel their course registrations by sending an email following the instructions provided at http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/
Course withdrawal
From September 6 to September 26, 2021, students can withdraw their registration by sending an email following the instructions at http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/
Tuition fee payment timelines
Starting on August 4, 2021, students can view the tuition fees from their accounts.
From August 4 to August 16, 2021, all students complete tuition fees payments by cash or via bank transfer.
