Rector of Tianjin University of Technology and Education (China) visits HUTECH

On the morning of 13 April 2011, the leaders and staff of Tianjin University of Technology and Education (China) had a visit to Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
At the meeting, Mr. Kieu Tan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, cheerfully welcomed the guest school and then worked on the coordination of training.
Mr. Meng Qing Guo, Rector, and Mr. Xie Chao, head of International Affairs - the two representatives of Tianjin University of Technology and Education showed their surprise at the Market and Economy oriented development of Vietnam. As a leading University in China, they stated that private universities like HUTECH will soon take up and become an important complement of Vietnam's future education and training.

Mr. Meng Qing Guo added, Tianjin University is now a China leading school in training teachers of technology, and he had a desire to boost the training cooperation with HUTECH in this major.

After a visit to some facilities at HUTECH, Tianjin University and HUTECH signed the cooperation report with many projects which will be carried out in the near future.
