In 2018, HUTECH became the first university nationwide to meet the new standards of institutional accreditation established by the Ministry of Education and Training, which included 25 standards and 111 criteria, adhering to the AUN-QA—a set of quality assurance standards by the ASEAN University Network for Quality Assurance.
