The Institute of Postgraduate Studies was established on August 30, 2016 under Decision No. 35/QD-HDQT by the Board of Directors.
The Institute has the function of advising, synthesizing, proposing opinions, and assisting the President in managing, planning, and implementing the field of postgraduate studies management.
