On January 7, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and RMIT University held a working session to strengthen international collaboration. The meeting focused on sharing experiences in student services and digital transformation, aiming to shape the future of modern education.

Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and Project Management, provided an overview of HUTECH’s history, mission, and major achievements. Her presentation highlighted HUTECH’s pioneering efforts in training high-quality human resources to meet growing labor market demands.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of HUTECH, elaborated on the university's advanced educational strategies, including digital transformation and green transition. He introduced the flipped classroom model, an innovative approach designed to boost interaction and learning efficiency. HUTECH’s Learning Management System (LMS) also received significant interest from RMIT, paving the way for discussions on applying digital platforms to teaching at both institutions.

After the discussions, the RMIT delegation toured HUTECH’s High-Quality Manpower Training Center (Thu Duc Campus), exploring modern facilities such as the library, sports areas, gymnasium, and auditorium. They also visited the Saigon Campus on Dien Bien Phu Street, where they explored design studios and exhibitions showcasing student projects from the Faculty of Communication & Design. The creative works left a strong impression, affirming the talent and potential of HUTECH’s students.
