Bright spring colors to welcome Tet at HUTECH

On February 4, many departments and offices within Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) together presented decorative fruit trays and colorful flower arrangements in their workspace as a greeting for the Lunar New Year of the Ox.

With the theme of “Spring fragrance”, the Flower arrangement and five-fruit tray decoration contest were organized by HUTECH Labor Union to welcome the 2021 Lunar New Year of the Ox. Taking on the role of judge at the contest were Mr. Van Du - Former Vice President of HUTECH, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Viet - Vice President of HUTECH and Dr. Bui Van The Vinh - Vice President of HUTECH.

This year, the Offices, Departments, Faculties and Institutes performed their arrangement and decoration of flower vases and five-fruit trays at their offices. During the visit to each department and office, the judges listened to the presentation about the ideas and spirit as well as well wished embodied in the decorative arrangement.

In addition to the spring decoration, the offices also send their greetings and well wishes to HUTECH on the occasion of the coming Lunar New Year

In the spirit of cost-saving and environmental friendliness, this year’s flower arrangements utilized 100% recycled materials, yet the finished products were still beautifully done with a high aesthetic.

The brilliant looking workspace and colorful flowers welcome spring to the departments and offices at HUTECH

The contest results will be announced at the Lunar New Year's Meeting with many award categories such as Most beautiful display, Most creative arrangement, Most favorite decoration through popular votes, etc.
