HUTECH lecturers and staff prepare for proctoring and supervision of the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

On June 14, lecturers and staff of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) attended the training session in preparation for proctoring and supervision of the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam.
Tasked by the Ministry of Education & Training, HUTECH cooperates with Ba Ria - Vung Tau Department of Education & Training in supervision of the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam from 24/6 to 27/6
More than 600 HUTECH lecturers and staff will perform their duties at 19 exam locations in Ba Ria -Vung Tau province, including Con Dao district with more than 11,000 students sitting in for the exam
To ensure the successful completion of the supervision duties, HUTECH has organized several training sessions for the proctors to get them familiar with the exam rules and regulations. Other useful topics included in these training sessions also cover the high school graduation requirements, guidelines and instructions on the proctoring and supervision duties in the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam and the regulations for the 2019 college and university admission cycle.

Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Thao - Head of The Office of Academic Services and Testing provides instructions on exam supervision while emphasizing new features in the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam. Information is also disseminated on the exam regulations and performed tasks required by the official proctors, supervisors, inspectors as well as the Chief/Deputy Chief of the exam location.
Lecturers and staff raise several questions on the exam supervision and proctoring duties
According to the schedule, on June 24, 2019, all exam proctors, supervisors, Chiefs/Deputy-Chiefs and exam inspectors will attend a training session before disseminating the exam regulations to the examinees at the assigned exam location. Besides, HUTECH has also organized training sessions on the grading of multiple-choice tests in the 2019 National High School Graduation Exam (e.g., Math, English, Natural Science subjects, and Social Science subjects) to best prepare the staff for the assigned tasks.
We can count on the successful completion of the assigned duties by the collective of HUTECH lecturers and staff, thereby contributing to the overall success of a serious, effective, and quality exam in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province as well as the whole country
