HUTECH students with senior leaders of Japanese enterprises

On July 19th, the Center for Corporate Relations in collaboration with the HUTECH’s Vietnam-Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT) organized a training program “Persuading the Employers”.
 
The training program is one of many activities of the Japan Job Fair 2024.

Speakers at the program were Japanese senior leaders, including Mr. Mizuguchi Kenji - General Director of CC Innovation Vietnam LTD., Mr. Takahashi Hideaki - CTO and Mr. Yoshimoto Futoshi - CSO of ASSISTNET Corporation.
 
The speakers gave a comprehensive landscape of Japanese enterprises in Vietnam and practical advice when seeking job opportunities.

Additionally, to convince Japanese enterprises, students’ backgrounds need to be well-prepared, such as specialized knowledge, professional skills, and Japanese proficiency. The speakers also provided experience in the application process and interview.

The speakers thoroughly answered the issues of preparing CVs, interview questions, manners, etc
 
Besides acquiring advantageous information from the speakers, HUTECH students also participated in mock interviews with Japanese enterprises, from which they received practical feedback to improve their capacity.

Accompanying the students were Mr. Vo Duc Thang - Director of Viet Japan Partner Corporation LTD. Representatives of HUTECH included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Vice President; Dr. Le Dinh Luong - Head of the Office of Administration, Chairman of Labor Union; Dr. Ha Minh Tuan - Vice Director of Vietnam-Japan Institute of Technology; Mr. Pham Huynh Anh Viet - Vice Director; Mr. Ho Duc Sinh - Director of the Center for Corporate Relations; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Head of the Department of Testing.
