On July 18th, students of the Faculty of Korean Studies - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) had a field trip to Lotte Mart, District 7.

The trip was an opportunity for the students to access the actual working environment and acquire practical skills

Guiding the students were the faculty’s Dean and Vice Dean. Meeting them were representatives of Lotte Mart, including Mr. Ma Jung Uk - Strategic and Planning Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - HR Manager, and Ms. Do Thi Minh Hanh - CS manager.

During the trip, the students had observed the working areas, and studied the overall history of Lotte Mart. Furthermore, the students exchanged with experts about career trends as well as the recruitment criteria of Lotte Mart and other Korean corporations.

The students participated in an interview in Korean for the 6th intern recruitment season of Lotte Mart

The trip was also an opportunity for students to participate in an interview in Korean language for the 6th intern recruitment season of Lotte Mart. Thereby, the students could evaluate their own capabilities to compete with the current labor market.

The trip helped students experience the actual working environment, and acquire practical skills to flourish their career path. Hopefully, it gave them motivation to achieve more success in the future.
