New graduates from MBA Program of Open University Malaysia (OUM) cheerfully joined the 4th Special Convocation in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in the morning of January 24, 2015. The ceremony became a significantly memorable event for every student and designated another success of HUTECH in constant training and providing high quality human resources to the society.
