The 3rd GALA Multi-Culture Festival

In the integration of ASEAN economic communities in 2015, HUTECH believes the event “The 3rd GALA Multi-Culture Festival” held by Faculty of Foreign Languages turns to be a strong foundation for the students to step in their future career path confidently. What students may gain from Gala night is the general knowledge about cultures of 10 ASEAN countries including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. With the theme “A colorful night of ASEAN cultures 2014”, this has become a distinctive part of the glorious celebration of 32nd Teacher’s Day (20 Nov 1982 – 20 Nov 2014).
"A colorful night of ASEAN cultures 2014”
“A colorful night of ASEAN cultures 2014” is a competition holding stages of a variety types of performances including singing, performing, dancing and fashion design. The performances are in English, which illustrates the pictures of ASEAN people, countries and tradition. The materials used for runway competition are eco-friendly, well depicting ASEAN fashion trends. The designers, in addition, are to give a presentation of ideas over their collections. HUTECH students are welcome to participate in this amazing completion of the year.
An opportunity for HUTECH students to practice soft skills and integrate into ASEAN and international communities
Previously, Faculty of Foreign Languages successfully held the finale of “Multi Cultural Festival” in 2013. Thus, this year’s competition is expected to welcome a huge number of talented young people and everyone is going to evidence extraordinary performances from HUTECH students.
